Alice WIPs

"She's not well..."
Inspired by the brilliant Alice: Madness Returns. I love the darker takes on Alice in Wonderland and the psychological themes they explore.
I found this shot from inside an abandoned Italian hospital and set out converting it into a grimy, messy bedroom. After a few iterations I thought it more telling if it remained a bathroom, but became her bedroom as if she refused to use a bed.
The drawings on the walls are original book illustrations by John Tenniel, memories from her dreams of Wonderland.
